250 g butter, 6 tablespoons. l. of honey, 125 g sugar, 450 g of oat flakes, 150 g of dried cherries, 75 g of prunes and dried apricots, 75 g shelled walnuts and almonds

1. Cherries, prunes and apricots washed, expanded in a separate bowl and pour over a moderately hot boiled water. After 30-40 minutes. drain the water. Cut the dried fruit into small pieces. Coarsely chop the nuts.
In a large skillet melt the butter with the honey and sugar. Once the mixture is smooth, remove from heat.
